1. Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the Continental United States. Please note: We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US territories.

2. Order Processing & Handling Time

Our team works hard to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.

  • Standard Handling: Orders are typically processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1–3 business days.

  • Peak Periods: During high-volume seasons (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or major holidays), please allow an additional 1–2 business days for processing.

  • Product-Specific Timing: For the most accurate handling time for a specific item, please refer to the information displayed on that individual Product Details page.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update once the label has been created.

4. Delivery Timeline

Due to the size and weight of furniture items, specialized carriers are often used to ensure safe transit.

  • Estimated Delivery: Most orders arrive within 7–15 days after the date of shipment.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to carrier delays, weather conditions, or remote location logistics.

5. Important: Valid Phone Number Required

A valid phone number is mandatory for all orders. Our delivery partners may need to contact you to schedule a delivery window or clarify directions. Failure to provide a valid phone number may result in significant delivery delays or the shipment being held at the carrier's terminal.

6. Scope of Delivery Service

Our standard free shipping service is a "Curbside" or "Front Door" delivery. To keep shipping free for our customers, the following services are not included:

  • Delivery to upper floors or specific rooms inside the home.

  • Unboxing or removal of packaging materials.

  • Product assembly or cleaning.

We recommend having assistance available if you are receiving large or heavy items, as the carrier will only unload the item at the nearest accessible point to your home (driveway or curb).
