Return & Refund Policy

At usfurni.com, we want you to love your new furniture. If something isn’t quite right, we are here to help. Please read our policy below regarding returns, damages, and refunds.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unassembled and unused.

  • In the original packaging (including all internal foam, hardware, and instructions).

  • In the same condition that you received it.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

Furniture is large and heavy, and while we take great care in packaging, transit damage can occur.

  • Reporting Window: Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Any damage, defects, or missing parts must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Required Evidence: To process a replacement or refund for damage, please email hello@usfurni.com with:

    1. Your Order Number.

    2. Clear photos or videos of the damage.

    3. Photos of the shipping label and the outer box (showing any visible dents or punctures).

  • Resolution: Once verified, we will provide replacement parts or a full replacement at no cost to you.

3. Change of Mind Returns

If you decide you no longer want the item for reasons unrelated to damage:

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping to our designated US warehouse.

  • Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the specialized labor required for inspecting and repacking large furniture items.

  • Condition Requirement: Items that have been assembled, used, modified, or are missing original packaging cannot be accepted for "Change of Mind" returns.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

  • Gift cards.

  • Products that show signs of assembly or use.

5. How to Start a Return

Please do not ship items back to the "Sender" address on your shipping label. To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at hello@usfurni.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  2. Once approved, we will provide you with the correct US warehouse address for the return.

  3. Pack the item securely. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at the warehouse (typically within 5–7 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund (minus the restocking fee) will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Most credits appear on your statement within 3–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
